Insurance Service Representatives participate in a six week in-house paid training program.
We cover the foundations of the insurance industry and how to utilize that knowledge in real-world customer service situations. You’ll also learn state specific variations in insurance and how to navigate our Knowledge Management System to ensure ongoing service accuracy. In addition, you’ll learn crucial billing functions which include payment processing and complex billing resolution techniques. We will help you develop the skills needed to provide superior customer service for our world-class insurance organization!

The program will cover “Insurance 101”, Claims Philosophies and Guidelines, and licensing (if needed). Learn everything you need to know about policy language and Good Faith claims handling. You’ll be provided with all the tools you need to properly investigate claims with an emphasis on coverages and liability determination. Additionally, you’ll learn file documentation and desk management procedures to efficiently process claims.
